Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SiteRemade. By creating an account, accessing the service, connecting an integration, or otherwise using SiteRemade, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SiteRemade provides business software and related services that may include customer relationship management, lead tracking, messaging, connected email, scheduling, payment tracking, analytics, website tools, automations, and other features. Features may change as the service develops.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you believe your account or connected services have been accessed without authorization.

4. Connected accounts and integrations

SiteRemade may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google and Gmail. You authorize SiteRemade to access and use those connected services only to provide the features you request and only within the permissions you grant. Your use of third-party services is also subject to the applicable third party's own terms and policies.

You may disconnect an integration at any time. Some features may stop working after an integration is disconnected.

5. Your data

You retain responsibility for data you submit to SiteRemade or synchronize from connected accounts. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide, store, process, and use that data through SiteRemade.

You grant SiteRemade a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use your data solely as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and provide the features you request.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SiteRemade to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, send unlawful or abusive communications, distribute malware, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service in a manner that creates unreasonable security or operational risk.

7. Email and communications

If you use SiteRemade to send email or other communications, you are responsible for the content, recipients, consent requirements, and legal compliance of those communications. SiteRemade does not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, or continued availability of third-party messaging providers.

8. Fees and paid services

Where SiteRemade offers paid services, pricing, billing terms, deposits, refunds, and deliverables may be stated at checkout, in an order form, in a separate agreement, or in other written terms presented to you. Those additional terms form part of your agreement with SiteRemade.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of SiteRemade. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Intellectual property

SiteRemade and its software, branding, interfaces, designs, and related materials are owned by SiteRemade or its licensors, except for content and data provided by users or third parties. These terms do not transfer ownership of SiteRemade intellectual property to you.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteRemade is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteRemade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or damages arising from third-party services. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the amount required by applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create a security risk, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required by law. You may stop using SiteRemade at any time.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how SiteRemade collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information and connected-service data.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of SiteRemade after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
